Rules & Regulation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Players must be residents of Madhya Pradesh to participate in the Madhya Pradesh Tennis Cricket League (MPTCL).

Registration Process:

• Players must register through the official website of the MPTCL.
• The registration form must be filled out completely and accurately with all required information.
• Any false information provided during registration will lead to disqualification.
• Registration fees, if any, must be paid as per the guidelines provided.

Verification Process:

• All registrations will undergo a verification process by the MPTCL authorities
• Players may be required to provide additional documents or attend in-person verification sessions if deemed necessary.

Registration Fees:

• Registration fees, if applicable, will be mentioned on the website.
• Fees must be paid within the specified time frame to complete the registration process
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Non-payment of registration fees within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of registration.

Trials:

• Player trials will be conducted at locations selected by the MPTCL management at the time of registration
• Registered players must attend the trials at the designated locations.
• Trials will assess the skill level and suitability of players for team selection.
• Failure to attend trials may affect player eligibility for team selection.

Ineligibility:

• Players who have been banned or suspended from participating in cricket leagues by any governing body are ineligible to register.
• Players found to be ineligible after registration will be disqualified, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Transfer Policy:

• Players transferring from other leagues must provide proper documentation and clearance from their previous league authorities.
• Transfers are subject to approval by the MPTCL management.

Team Allocation:

• Registered players may be allocated to teams through a draft system or as per the discretion of the MPTCL management.
• Players may express preferences for teams during registration, but final allocation is at the discretion of the league

Amendments:

• The MPTCL reserves the right to amend or modify the registration rules and regulations at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through official announcements on the website.

By registering for the Madhya Pradesh Tennis Cricket League, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined above.
