No Cancellations

Once a registration is completed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency to all participants and organizers.

No Refunds

All registration fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

• Inability to participate due to personal reasons
• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances leading to the postponement or cancellation of matches

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event that the tournament is canceled by the organizers due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), participants will be notified via the contact information provided at registration. Any decisions regarding potential refunds or rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of the tournament organizers.
